International Access:

AccuLinQ is pleased to announce that you can now use your AccuLinQ calling card from 27 countries. There are no monthly fees or surcharges when using your AccuLinQ Calling Card outside the United States. We bill in 6 second increments after the first 30 seconds of system time. We bill for total time on the system (from when you call the toll-free number in the country you're in) so please don't let the phone ring 30 times before you hang up. (You will be billed for the rings.) You will get to use your PIN in the same way you use your PIN in the United States.

The fine print:

Terms of this service are subject to AccuLinQ policies and its carriers' tariffs. There is a $1 activation fee per pin number and a monthly fee which will be waived if no calls have been made, plus an additional $1/month if a mailed bill is desired. Call details are made available to all customers via a secure website. A major credit card is required to secure the account, but you will be directly billed to your credit card once a month. Your credit card account will be blocked for the amount of your monthly credit limit, but there is no prepayment required. The FCC has imposed a $0.30 surcharge for any call which originates from a payphone. Billing is in 6-second increments, with a 30-second minimum per call. Calls to Mexico are billed in full-minute increments.
